Akili Interactive’s EndeavorRX game

 Akili Interactive’s EndeavorRX game -- formerly known as Project EVO -- is the first FDA-approved prescription video game that was recently launched in the US. The interactive game is made for children ages 8 to 12 and is specifically designed to help those with ADHD symptoms.

Akili Interactive's EndeavorRX game was made after seven years of clinical trials, that involved studies of over 600 children. The final product is described as an "obstacle-dodging, target-collecting game" and has been proven to help retain ADHD patients' uninterrupted focus for up to 25 minutes daily.

The game is not only interactive and family-friendly but is also said to deliver minimal side effects when compared to traditional prescription drugs, speaking to the gaming industry's future potential in the world of virtual health. Friv Games

Naraka: Bladepoint is pretty fun once you escape bot purgatory

There's a compelling battle royale game in Naraka: Bladepoint, but it takes some warming up to. When my Naraka: Bladepoint playtime was still within Steam's two hour easy refund window, I was not having fun. Martial arts battle royale is a great idea, but I was disappointed by the execution from Hangzhou-based studio 24 Entertainment. The progression and monetization systems look like a lot of work to unpack, the English localization is sloppy, and your first match is against bots who behave more like dust particles caught in air currents than players. It seemed pretty bad.  A few more hours and one heartbreaking second place finish later, however, and my favorite character and I both achieved Greater Understanding. For travelling monk Tianhai, that was a Cultivation reward tier in one of a reckless number of progression systems. Xbox Game Pass Leads the Way for Microsoft at E3 2021

  The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase at E3 2021 was mostly about one thing: Xbox Game Pass. Microsoft said that 27 of the 30 titles mentioned during the event, including five upcoming games from Xbox Game Studios, will be released on the company's game subscription service. Four of those first-party titles were given release dates: Sea of Thieves: A Pirate's Life is set to debut on June 22, Psychonauts 2 is slated to launch on August 25, Age of Empires IV is expected to arrive on October 28, and Forza Horizon 5 is supposed to be released on November 9. Halo Infinite, meanwhile, was only given a release window of "Holiday 2021." Microsoft did say that Halo Infinite will offer free online multiplayer—a series first—at launch.
